This is developed at Inncrewin as a product which serves hospitality industry and corporate world. Instagathering is one of the few portals in the world that allows individuals and corporates around to book entire meetings and events along with guest rooms, food & beverage, Audio visual and other extras online instantly. Currently we operate in India and Italy.

The website allows corporates and individuals to book venues end to end up until payment and confirmation of the booking. The product is innovative in the sense that in India this is one of the first site which allows end to end booking of meeting rooms along with guest rooms, Audio Visual and Food and beverage. The site is also completely customizable for the corporate with dynamic themes etc


This is a product developed for one of our main clients whom we have been serivicing since 11 years and still continuing. The product is completely developed at Inncrewin

The product is for the CPA Firms (Chartered Accountant Firms) in the US to securely send and receive tax documents. This product is being used by all large CPA corporations across US and is very much appreciated by all firms.

Company Culture

At Inncrewin, we believe in a totally open culture where people can communicate with anyone and every one. We also do not believe on hard hierarchy which means we do not believe that a person can contact only his superior when it comes to any issues. Employees should have the freedom to contact anyone in case of any issues and that reflects on our retention percentage of the employees as well.

Job Description:

At Level 1 / Level 2 Software Engineers are responsible for mainly coding given the design guidelines of senior people. They need to be able to code independently and also do a unit testing of the code. The code written by them are usually reviewed by the seniors and any comments arising out of the same needs to be addrresed by the software engineer as well for good quality. This is done to make sure code follows the design guidelines set in the team and is consistent across the team.

Job Description:

At Level 1 Senior Software Engineers are individual contributors and can step into the role of a team/tech lead when needed. In addition, SSE L1 is expected to be able to review other junior employees’ code and ensure quality of code. SSE L1 is also expected to be able to design a component single-handedly with little to no additional support. A minimum of 5 years’ experience is expected to reach this level, but is not required if you have the capability.

Job Description:

In addition to the responsibilities of SSE L1, Level 2 engineers are expected to be able to take entire features and translate them into buildable pieces for the team. This is a role that is closest to the architect and is expected to understand software architecture to a large extend and be able to have intelligent conversation with the architects and be able to translate that to the team. SSE L2 is also able to do Proof-Of-Concepts of technology currently unknown to the team. Minimum of 8 years’ experience is expected to reach this level, but is not required if you have the capability.

Job Description:

The main responsibility of the scrum master to run the agile process. Scrum master needs to guide the team on how to use Agile, Scrum, SAFe, Kanban practices and values to meet deliverables. They are also responsible to self-organize and to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks.They are also responsible to assist with internal and external communication, improving transparency, radiating information with the help of dashboards and metrics at different levels. Skills and Experience

Skills and experience required for this position include
